This file of consumers with new bank and or retail cards with email addresses is culled from the Datacomm LLC National Marketing File of 210,000,000 names.  These active consumers have other cards from other banks, financial institutions, major and speciality retailers.  These consumers are selectable by type of cards they have and their ability to spend using those cards.  They are also selectable by the products and services they buy using those credit cards and their levels of spending.  All their transactions are reported by the appropriate retailers, financial institutions, specialty retailers and service providers.
